Let me start by saying a huge thank you to everyone who entered our Stoptober competition during October 2013. We had a great response to it, so hopefully there are plenty of you out there that are well on the way to stopping smoking for good.
People are finally beginning to really understand the damage they are doing themselves by continuing to smoke, and an estimated 365,000 people are expected to try to kick the habit this October. This is mainly due to the great NHS campaign, Stoptober, which gives people the incentive to quit and the support that they need. Another reason why more and more people are able to make this brave attempt, is thanks to the invention of the e-cigarette, which has been around for longer than many might think.
