Delivery
DoggieGadgets offers delivery on all their items. Certain items may be directly dispatched from their suppliers. For UK addresses, the following delivery types are available: UK Standard Delivery (5 to 7 working days), UK Tracked 48hr (2 working days), and Standard Shipping (up to 30 days). For international destinations, the following delivery types are available: EU Standard Shipping(3 to 5 working days), International Standard Shipping (5 to 7 working days), and Standard Shipping (up to 30 working days). Delays are to be expected in case of changing weather conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
DoggieGadgets has a return/exchange policy. The buyer can return the unwanted item of up to 14 days from the time the order was received. The item to be returned must remain unused and should be within the original packaging. A faulty item can be sent back within the 28-day period from the time the order was received. Once the returned item is received and inspected by DoggieGadgets, an e-mail will be sent to notify the buyer of the returned item. The store will notify the buyer if the returned item is cleared for a refund. If approved, the refund process will take an average of 10 business days. A credit is applied automatically on the original payment. To cancel an order, customer support should be contacted. If the order came in damaged, customer support should be e-mailed along with images of the damaged items and condition of the box. Customer support will instruct the buyer the necessary steps in sending the damaged order back to the store.
