Orders

Delivery

Returns and Exchanges
Wetsuit Outlet offers a return/exchange policy on their items. An item can be returned within the 60-day period as long as it meets the required returns policy. The item must be returned unused and its original packaging along with a return slip/invoice copy, and note that explains why the item needs to be returned. For UK buyers, items can be returned via Collect+. Collect+ branches are available nationwide and are open 7 days a week. Alternatively, the buyer can return the item to the specified address indicated in the Returns/Exchange policy. For international buyers, a ReBOUND service is recommended (available in selected countries by logging into the official ReBOUND website. Alternatively, items can be returned via international shipping to the specified address indicated in the Exchange/Returns policy. If a replacement is urgent, the buyer is encouraged to purchase a replacement item from the store and returning the unwanted item for a quick refund. International buyers outside the EU will need to mark the returned item as OTHER/RETURN/REPLACEMENT (value $0.00) prior to returning the item to Wetsuit Outlet.
