Products
Rotina divides their products into the following categories: Whats New, Dresses, Tops, Swimwear, Jumpsuits & Rompers, Bottoms, Outerwear, Plus Size, Jewelry, and Sale. Each category comes with sub-categories of specific items. Certain items may vary in terms of color and size.
Sale
Rotina offers discounts on selected items. These items are usually spotted throughout the store and under the "Sale" section. Discounts vary in terms of availability and/or special events/holidays.
Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, select the preferred color and size, and choose the quantity. Click "Add to Bag." A pop-up window on the top right will indicate that the item has been added to the cart. The buyer is given the option to proceed to checkout or to continue shopping and adding more items to the cart. To proceed, click on "Checkout." The following page will display the order summary. The buyer has the option to continue the purchase by clicking on the PayPal button to "Proceed to Checkout." Clicking on "Proceed to Checkout" will lead the buyer to log in (if returning customer) or to register to a new account. First time buyers will automatically receive a 20% discount on their first order. The next set of steps will require the buyer to fill in the order information, shipping option, and payment preference. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the order is successfully made.

Rotina accepts the following payment methods; credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/American Express/Discover/JCB) and PayPal.
Delivery
Rotina offers delivery on all their items. The buyer will need to confirm the order via e-mail, once verified, the order will be processed and expedited. It takes an average of 1 to 9 business days for the order to be processed. An e-mail will be sent if the processing time is taking longer than expected. Shipping is free for orders above $15.00 and is expedited via flat rate shipping . For express shipping, the buyer will have to choose the preferred shipping method through the checkout page. Shipping times for all local and international destinations may vary. A tracking number is offered for each order. Tracking numbers can either tracked via the courier site or through Rotita. The buyer will be e-mailed if the delivery is unsuccessful. The buyer may be tasked to pay a tariff depending on the country where the order is sent. Customer support must be informed by submitting a ticket along with the payment receipt if the buyer happens to pay for the customs fees. Rotina does not deliver items to military addresses. For any U.S. destination, the buyer must leave a message during order placement. Rotina does not cater to deliveries to the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey.
Returns and Exchanges
Rotina has a return/exchange policy. If the buyer is not satisfied with the received order, Rotina will accept a return/exchange as long as the order is within the 30-day period of receipt. The item to be returned/exchanged must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and unworn. Flash sale items and jewelry are not covered by the store warranty. Rotina will not accept returns for the following items: makeup, deodorant, perfume, used products, or other items that have been stained. Returned items should be authorized by customer support prior to shipping. C.O.D. orders are not eligble for returns. To exchange an order, the buyer is encouraged to make a new order. Once the order is successfully returned, a full refund is given. The buyer is subjected to shipping fees for any orders returned. Refunds will take an average of 7 business days after the item is received and verified. It takes around one business day for the refund to appear in the buyers Rotita wallet. The wallet balance can either be used for the buyers future purchase or can be directly withdrawn from the buyers bank/PayPal account at any point in time.
