Products
Seven Feet Apart divides their products into the following categories: Mens and Womens. The Mens section has sub-cateogies consisting of sneakers and brogues. Meanwhile, the Womens section is only limited to Brogues. A majority of their products have varying color and size options.

Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, select the preferred sex (shoe size) and color, and add click "Add to Bag." Once the item is added to the cart, the buyer will have the option to continue shopping to add more items to the cart or to proceed to checkout. The page will show the order purchased. Proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, an order summary will be displayed. The buyer will have to enter the shipping details, preferred payment method, and chosen payment option. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the order is successfully made.
Payment
Seven Feet Apart caters to the following payment method: credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express), Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payment is done on the Shopify platform.
Delivery
Seven Feet Apart offers delivery on all their items to selected countries. Orders made prior to 4pm are subjected to same-day dispatch. Orders made after that are subjected for dispatch the following working day. Deliveries are only made during working weekdays. No deliveries are made on bank holidays and Sundays. Parcels to be recieved must be signed by the buyer as proof of delivery. However, if the buyer is unavailable, a card will be be left on the door explaining re-delivery options.
Returns and Exchanges
Seven Feet Apart provides returns free of charge within the UK by means of a a prepaid returns label. For international addresses, return shipping should be shouldered by the buyer. If unsatisfied with the order, the buyer can refund the order and a refund will be offered. For The Original 172 and The Pioneer 396 products: the item to be returned should be made within the 30-day period from the time the item arrived in the buyers doorstep. Everything should be be sent back including the dispatch note, spare laces, interior packaging, and exterior packaging. Each item will be inspected upon return. If the item is under normal wear, then it is eligble for a refund. If the item is in poor condition with no resale value, then the item is rejected and no refunds will be made. A full refund is issued anywhere within the 5-day period of inspection. The buyer must be required to register via the Seven Feet Apart site and must follow the instructions as indicated under the Returns and Exchange section.
