Returns and Exchanges
An order can be cancelled for the following items: ties, cufflinks, and accessories. The buyer must issue a notice of cancellation within 14 days of the receipt along with the order number. Personalized materials will only have a cancellation notice of 7 days from the time of receipt. Any item sent for return should remain unused. The item to be returned should be within the original packaging.
