Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

If the order was made through credit card, the cancelled order will result in a full refund within the 14-day period of cancellation. The time it takes for the funds to be returned to the buyers account will take an average of 2 to 3 weeks. The buyer is obligated to check if the items received are faulty/damaged. Refunds will only be issued if the items are not used and an order invoice is returned. Items that are not covered for returns are: underwear, swimwear, bikini bottoms, and disposable goods. Items to be returned should not have been opened/tested/tampered/spoiled.
