Delivery

0cm offers delivery on all their items locally and internationally. Items are not allowed to be delivered to P.O. boxes. Delivery is free for all items. 0cm is not liable for shippig delays, customs issues, or other incidents that are beyond the stores control. Shipping is usually done on Mondays to Fridays (9am to 5:30pm, Hong Kong time). Orders cleared during business hours will be automatically processed the following day. Transit time after dispact may take as long as 2 wweks. If a particular item is no longer available, 0cm will inform the buyer once the item is in stock. All orders come with a tracking number and shipping details will appear on the store website. International shipping via Air Mail will not have a tracking number. If the order has been tampered, the buyer must inform the courier and decline accepting the packge. Its highly recommended to contact local authorities regarding the matter. 0cm will not be responsble for unauthorized signature made by another buyer. They will not be responsible for the wrong address sent as a result of the buyers error. All orders come with accidental damange and theft insurance. The buyer will not be asked to make additional payments in case suc incdients happen. The buyer will be responsible for shouldering import fees and other taxes for any incoming orders.

Returns and Exchanges

0cm has a return/exchange policy. If the buyer is unsatisfied with an item, the item can be returned within the 10-day period in exchange for a store credit or a full refund. An item can only be returned if: the item is in poor quality; the item does not fit; the item appears differently from the stores description; and/or the item is faulty. For an item to be eligible for a return: the item must not have been worn, washed, or altered; the original tag of the item is intact; and/or the item is returned into its original packaging. To return an item, the buyer must follow the protocol as indicated under the Return policy. The following items are not eligble for returns: "Daily Special" items, earrings,and hair accessories. Currently, the store does not offer item exchanges. The time it takes to receive a full refund will depend on the payment method used.
