Boudavida divides their products into the following categories: Tops, Bottoms, Underwear, Outerwear, and Accessories. Selected products may be divded according to color, features, item type, and/or size.

Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, select size and quantity, and click "Add to Bag." Whenever an item is added to the cart, the cart icon on the top right corner of the page will display the current number of items in the cart and sub-total amount of the items. The buyer can continue adding other items from the store to the cart or to proceed with payment. To proceed, hover the mouse on the cart icon. Click "checkout." The buyer has the option to choose to check out the items either as a guest or as a returning customer. The buyer can choose register to the store and then continue with checkout. The checkout page will require the buyer to fill in/choose the following: billing information, shipping information, shipping method, payment information, and order review. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the order has successfully been made.

Delivery
Boudavida offers delivery on all their items. All their parcels come with a tracking number and will require checking http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails for current transit details. The following delivery options: UK standard delivery (orders under £80: £4 shipping fee, 2-3 working days; orders over £80: free shipping, 2-3 working days); UK premium delivery (£6 shipping fee, 1-2 working days), guaranteed next day delivery (available Monday to Thursday (order by noon), £9 shipping fee), EU premium delivery (3-5 working days, £10 shipping fee), and ROW premium delivery (6-7 working days, £14 shipping fee). Items will be dispatched one working day of the buyer receiving the order. Special holidays and sales periods may take longer.
Returns and Exchanges
Boudavida offers a returns/exchange policy on their items. Buyers with UK addresses are eligible to return any item free of charge. The item should be returned within the 30-day period of the receipt of the order as long as the following are met: hang tags remain attached, the item has yet been worn/washed, and theres proof of purchase. Boudavida provides item exchanges in case the item received came in the wrong size or colour. Items returned are free of shipping charges. Faulty items are also covered for item exchanges free of shipping fees. If the item for exchange is no longe in stock, the buyer will be provided with a gift voucher of the same value of the item ordered. Refunds are made within the 14-day period of receiving the package. An e-mail notification will be sent once the refund has been made.
