Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, select size and/or colour(s) and quantity, and click "Add to Basket." A pop-up window will display the item added to the cart. The buyer has the option to continute to add other items to the cart (Continue Shopping) or to proceed to checkout (View Basket). To proceed, click on "View Basket." The page will display the summary of items to be ordered, promotional code box (optional), delivery destination, and delivery method. Click "Checkout." Click "Pay with Credit/Debit Card." They offer the following delivery options: UK Standard (free delivery for orders over £20 or £2.95 shipping fee for orders below £20; 3 to 5 working days), UK Premium (£5.95 shipping fee; 1 to 2 working days; order tracking; signed for), Europe (£9.95 shipping fee; order tracking; signed for), and international (£20.00 shipping fee; 7 to 14 working days; order tracking; signed for). Win or Lose does not offer delivery on weekends and on public holidays.
Returns and Exchanges

return policy, exchange policy Win or Lose has a returns/exchange policy. A full refund will be made if the condition of the item ordered is in its original state at the time it was received. The item to be returned should be made within the 14-day period upon the item was received by the buyer. The item to be sent back should be handled and returned with care, and left undamaged, intact, and undamaged with their original packaging. Security tags should never be removed. Clothing should be returned withut any application of perfume/cologne/aftershave/deodrant or other scent that may be permanently left on the item. Failing to do so will result to no refunds. Fautls and exchanges are not applicable to the following: faulty socks, faulty/incorrect goods. If the item received is faulty, customer support should be contacted and will need to include the order reference number, buyer name and address, contact information, and product details. For quick returns, the buyer will need to ship the item to the stipulated address indicated under the Terms and Conditions section. The buyer will be shouldering for shouldering the shipping costs and other fees related to delivery of the item to be returned. Full refunds will be made within the 30-day period from the time an e-mail confirmation is made by Win or Lose.
