Products
Master of Malt divides their offerings into the following categories: New, Gifts, Samples, Whisky, Beer, Gin, Wine, Old & Rare, Cocktails, More, and Flash Sales. All categories except for New, Old & Rare, and Flash Sales have sub-categories of specific products.
Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, and select "Add to Basket." The product can be marked as an "Add to Wishlist" for later purchase. A notification dot of the item added to the cart can be seen on the cart icon. The buyer has the option to continue adding other items to the cart or to proceed to checkout. To proceed to checkout, select "Go to Checkout." The basket will offer an ordery summary of the items included in the cart. Each item may be complimented with a gift box (optional), quantity, and a personlised message (optional). Returning buyers can simply log in to speed up the purchase process. Click on "Delivery" and select the country of destination from the drop-down menu. Choose payment method, card detials, billing details, and delivery instructions. Select "Place Order." An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the order has succesfully been purchased.
Payment
Master of Malt accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express and other major cards), Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
Delivery
Master of Malt offers delivery on all their items. Items are only shipped to selected countries and certain provinces/states. Next-day delivery is offered for UK destinations if ordered prior to 9:01pm. A shipping fee of £4.89 is made to any address within the UK Mainland. The buyer or an authorized representative should be present to receive each order made. The buyer can offer instructions (via checkout) as to where the order will be dropped off in case the buyer is not home. Parcels can be dropped off in a specific part of the location although it will not be insured for damage or loss. Delivery is not allowed in schools, military bases, or PO boxes.
