WeFix goes to the customer’s home, workplace or even holiday hotel to fix their device. Customers who book early will receive the same day repair service. The devices are usually fixed in under 60 minutes. Personal content in the devices remains 100% secure. It not be accessed or copied.

WeFix road to perfect repair involves 5 steps: Step one involves selecting the device to be repaired. If the device is not available, give WeFix a call, they can repair just about anything. The second step is selecting the day and time for the repairs to be conducted, Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. WeFix goes to the customer’s premise, all they need is parking space. They then carry out the repairs in their mobile workshop. Once the repairs are complete the technician will then demo the device and ensure the customer is completely happy with the service.
