These include: Ready made curtains (1 to 2 working days); Made to order curtains (2 weeks), Roman blinds (2 weeks), Fabric (up to 1 week), Poles (up to 1 week), Tracks (1 to 2 weeks, and fabric samples (next working day).
Returns and Exchanges
The Natural Curtain Company has a return/exchange policy. Defective/damaged goods are eligible for returns. The buyer must ensure the items are sent back properly packaged. Refunds or exchanges won’t be made until the items sent are thoroughly inspected and given clearance by the vendor. The items to be returned should remain unused. A full refund will be made within the 14-day period after the vendor receives the items. Prior to returning any item, customer support should be contacted beforehand to inform of the issue at hand. A. shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover for the returned item via UPS ( (£12.50 for 1 to 2 pairs or £19.50 for more than 2 pairs). Postage costs will be shouldered by the buyer. The following made-to-order products are considered to be non-returnable or non-refundable: Made to measure curtains, Roman or roller blinds, Cushions, Tiebacks. and Fabric orders. Returns cannot be made if the item to be sent back was a result of incorrect measurements. A full refund will be made if an item cancellation is done within the 24-hour period of order placement. However, a cancellation made after this period will result of up to 50% of the amount removed from the original pricing. The remaining amount will be returned to the buyer. Faulty poles or track products can be returned as long as it falls within the 7-day period from which the item was received by the buyer. It will take an average of 14 days for the refund process to be made. Cancellation of faulty poles or track products can be made as long as the vendor is e-mail within the 24-hour period it was bought. All products come with a 1-year warranty period.
