Products
The Independent Pharmacy divides their healthcare services according to the first letter of a specific medical condition. The customer can also utilize the search box to seek medical assistance or to purchase medication(s) based on their medical issue. Certain medications may come in different volumes, sizes, types, and/or user preference. Some may require a prescription from a medical doctor.

Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item. For medication that requires medical consultation, select the desired product option available. Click on "Start Consultation." Answer the following questions, click "Continue," and continue with the process. For medication that does not require medical consultation, choose the desired product preference, select quantity, and click "Add to Basket." Answer the following questions. Click "Continue" and proceed with the process. A summary of the order will be displayed within the box. The buyer has the option to go back to the menu to add more items to the cart. When finished, proceed to the payment page and fill in delivery detail after undergoing the questions page. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the order is successful.
Payment
The Independent Pharmacy accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Cirrus).
Delivery
The Independent Pharmacy offers the following delivery options: Standard Tracked Delivery (£2.95), Express Tracked Delivery (£4.45), Special Delivery - Guaranteed before 1pm(£8.95), and Saturday Delivery - Guaranteed before 1pm (£10.45). Orders worth £40 or higher are free of delivery charges. All orders within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail. Orders made before 4pm are dispatched on the same working day. Orders made after 4pm are dispatched on the next working day. All orders come with a tracking service. Prescription medications may require a signature from the buyer upon receipt. Deliveries are halted during Sundays and Bank Holidays. If the buyer happens to be away during delivery, a card will be left by a representative from Royal Mail. The card details where to collect the order or how to arrange a re-delivery. A re-delivery can be arranged within the 30-day window provided the buyer missed the order. The Independent Pharmacy does not deliver items outside the UK.
Returns and Exchanges
The Independent Pharmacy offers a return/exchange policy. The buyer has the right to cancel any order prior to dispatching the item. Items that have been cancelled after dispatch will not subject the buyer to a full refund. Non-medicinal items to be returned should be sent back in their original packaging, unopened, and should be deemed fit for re-selling. If the item returned does not meet such conditions, the buyer will not be able to receive a full refund. The item to be returned should require informing customer support within the 10-day period from the time the item was received. After the return is authorised, the buyer has a 21-day window for the item to be returned. The full refund process will take an average of 7 days. Contact support if the funds were not received. Returning an item based on the buyer’s decision (not as a result of faulty/damaged/incorrect items) will require the buyer to shoulder shipping fees on the item to be returned. Returns are not allowed for medications. If the medications were not delivered or the buyer has missed delivery, the same order will be sent to the same or different address of the buyer within the 30-day window. Faulty/damaged/incorrect items will require informing support 10 days from the time the item was received. This may entail an item replacement or a full refund on the item.
