The cart will show the item(s) including their pricing, quantity, subtotal, and total amount. A postcode box (optional) is available to ensure perishable foods are delivered chilled. Additional requests or information can be entered under the box. Follow checkout details and include other necessary information. An email confirmation will be sent once the order is successfully made.

Delivery

Greedy Lama offers delivery on all their items. Deliveries are limited to most UK addresses. Item Orders made before 1pm between Tuesdays-Fridays are subjected to next day delivery. Chilled foods/products are specifically housed in temperature-controlled boxes for up to 48 hours to ensure freshness. Weekend delivers are available in most UK addresses except for Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

Returns and Exchanges

Greedy Lama offers a return/exchange policy. Refunds and exchanges are allowed as long they are made within the 30-day period from the time the customer receives the order. Items to be returned should be in the same condition as the customer receives it and should be intact in their original packaging. The following products are exempted from being returned: persishable goods, newspapers, magazines, sanitary materials, hazardous content, gases/inflammable liquids, gift cards, downloaded software, and food. A proof of purchase is required prior to returning any item. Partial refunds are guaranteed for the following: partially used books; opened CD/DVD/VHS/tape/video games, vinyls, and cassettes; items no longer in their original condition, and items that have been returned after the 30-day delivery period. Refunds are subjected to thorough inspection before they are issued. Items approved for refund will be processed immediately to the orignal method of payment or credit (for credit cards). Items on sale are not subjected for refunds. Purchased "gift" items can be returned in exchange for a gift certificate or credit based on the items original value. The customer returning any item worth more than £75 should utilize tracking shipping service or making use of shipping insurance.
