According to the EC law, flights delayed for more than three hours, cancelled or rerouted the airline operator is under obligation to pay out compensation for the trouble. The compensations are as follows: €250 for flights 1,500km or less, €400 for flights between 1,500km and 3500km and €600 for flights over 3,500km.
