Store's Description

Since June 15 last year, public transport in England has been made mandatory for people to wear face masks. While they were viewed as a sensible idea, some have criticised Transport for London for not enforcing the rule. In the past, it was not possible for people to fully disassociate themselves from the situation, but that no longer happens now. The masks must be worn on all public transport, as well as on transport hubs. However, many people are still exempt.

The London mayor has urged the government to make face masks mandatory on public transport, but this plan has been rejected by the government. In the meantime, the government has resisted calls for Plan B measures, such as mandatory face covering indoors and guidance for working from home, allowing people to use Covid passports. Despite the widespread concern, the number of confirmed cases of the virus has declined to budge. As a result, Khan has been calling on Londoners to get vaccinated against the virus.

A number of groups have rallied around the face mask campaign. The National Deaf Children's Society and Transport for London have backed the campaign, and their videos show the effectiveness of the masks. In addition to a positive impact on health, the policy also promotes equality for women. Many people wear them because they are proud to be deaf. While the ban will have to go, many people will feel empowered by this change.
