Orders, Returns & Shipping
Odlo uses UPS to deliver all its clients purchases. It usually takes 2 to 3 working day for delivery. After the order has been dispatched an email is sent containing the tracking number which can be used to find the exact location of the package on the UPS website.
Once an order is complete and paid for, it goes to the warehouse system, making it impossible to make any changes on the order. Returns shipping costs are paid by the client. Products can be returned within 30 days after receipt and a refund will be made once the returns are received.
