Returns and Exchanges

GreatGearStore offers a 30-day guarantee on all their items. If the buyer is unsatisfied with the item and meets the Consumer Protection guidelines, the buyer has the right to cancel any order from the day the item was received. The item to be returned should be in its original state, saleable condition, and must be kept sealed. An item returned not in the same condition as it was sent to the seller will not make the buyer eligible for any refund. For hygienic purposes, GreatGearStore will not accept returns on the following item types: jewellery, underwear, cosmetics, and swimwear. GreatGearStore must be contacted prior to returning any item to them. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is reviewed, inspected, and cleared by the team.
