Venoor accepts item returns within the 14-day period from which the item is sent back to the buyer. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Venoor must offer authorisation prior to returning any item. Once the item is eligible for return, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the buyer. If the buyer receives a faulty/defective item, the buyer is entitled to return the product for a full refund or have an identical replacement of the item or replace the item of similar value. The refund process will take some time before the funds are fully returned to the buyer.
