Delivery
Orders made before 5pm on Mondays to Fridays are dispatched on the very same day. Shipping fees may vary for international orders. All orders come with a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
ULM.COM offers a return/exchange policy. All orders can be returned. Customers who are unsatisfied with their order can be given a full refund within the 14-day period from which the item was received. Items to be returned should be in excellent condition as they were received.
