Products
TLC Sport divides their products into the following categories: Gym, Yoga, Slim, Tops, Bottoms, Swim, Jackets, Bras, Footwear, Accessories, and New Collection. All of their categories (except for Accessories) have sub-categories that describe the types of items available further. Selected items may vary in terms of size and colour.

Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, select the proper size/ colour, choose the quantity, and add the item to the cart. A pop-up window will give the buyer the option to continue shopping or to proceed to the cart and checkout. On the checkout page, the buyer will be asked to fill in the billing details, shipping method, and payment preference. A review of the order is displayed on the far right. A coupon box is available. Tick the box agreement box and click on "Place Order Now."
Payment
TLC Sport accepts the followng payment method: debit/credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover), PayPal, and ApplePay.
Delivery
TLC Sport offers delivery on all their items. Standard UK delivery is free for a single order worth £75 or above. A Standard UK delivery fee of £4 is applicable for a single order of under £75. Items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail or a specific courier service (for orders of high value). Orders made before 5pm are subjected to same-day delivery. A confirmation e-mail is sent once the item is dispatched from the warehouse. The time will take an average of 1 to 15 days after order placement. The buyer will be notified if there are any delays on the item. Next-day item deliveries within the UK will come with a £7 fee. Items deemed for next-day delivery are applicable when the item is ordered before 4pm. An order made over the weekend or on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day. A delivery fee of £8 is added for orders to EU countries. A shipping fee of £12 is added for countries outside the EU and the UK. Delivery to any EU country will take an average of 7 to 14 working days. Delivery to international locations will take an average of 21 days. TLC Sport will not be held responsible for parcel loss with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed from the time the item leaves the warehouse.
Returns and Exchanges
TLC Sport has a return/exchange policy on all their items. The user is subjected to paying postage fees for the item to be returned. Swimwear is not eligible for a refund if the hygiene seal has been opened. An item returned without its original packaging and swing tag will not be eligible for a refund. For swift and hassle-free item returns, the user must follow specific steps found in the Returns and Exchange policy. The item must be returned within the 14-day period from the time it was sent through courier. Full refunds are made for any successfully returned item. An item can be exchanged provided it is sent within the 30-day period from which the buyer received the product. The buyer must clearly indicate on the invoice the new requested colour and size. Sent exchanges are charged without additional cost. The user must have proof of postage for every item to be returned.
