The organisation was born in 2014, when Mel Bound, a mum of two, put a desperate shout out for a running buddy on Facebook and to her surprise, 75 mums turned up to run with her. This Mum Runs creates a sense of community and commitment by organizing free runs each week to inspire thousands of women, to be healthier and happier.
