This Mum Runs is a brilliant organisation on a mission to empower women to be happier and healthier by encouraging them to get fit, form friends and get some headspace. The organisation was born in 2014, when Mel Bound, a mum of two, put a desperate shout out for a running buddy on Facebook and to her surprise, 75 mums turned up to run with her. This Mum Runs creates a sense of community and commitment by organizing free runs each week to inspire thousands of women, to be healthier and happier.

They offer a range of running programs with a UK athletic qualified leader, as well as different courses to choose from, for a duration of 30 to 60 mins. Their courses in London, Bristol and Bath include Victoria Park, Clifton Downs, Horfield Common, Greville Smyth among others.
