Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item. Select preferred options. Choose quantity. Click "Add to Cart." The cart will indicate the item added to the cart along with its pricing, quanity, subtotal, and total amount. To add more items to cart, click "Continue Shopping." To proceed to checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout" or "PayPal Checkout." For customers who opted for "Proceed to Checkout," choose either as "Checkout as Guest" or "Register." Click "Continue." Delivery
TecoBuy offers delivery on all their items. Free deliveries are made to UK destinations (except Scottish Highlands & Islands) and Wales for orders that meet the minimum cost requirement. All orders come with a tracking number and insurance (optional). Orders worth £50 or higher receive free shipping. Orders worth less than £50 are charged with an additional £15 fee. Delivery to the UK is expected to be anywhere from 4 to 10 days on average. Delivery cannot be made to these locations: PO box addresses and parcel lockers; hotels/motels; and freight forwarding addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
TecoBuy UK offers a return/exchange policy. Item returns can be made within the 14-day period from the time the item was received. Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. Items to be returned should come with a tracking number to ensure a safe return. If the item received is defective/faulty/DOA, the vendor will arrange a courier pickup service to have the item returned. Customers will be required to fill up the RMA (Return Material Arrangement) form prior to returning an item. The form should be submitted within the required 14-day period upon receiving the item. The item to be returned should include a copy of the receipt/invoice, must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as the customer received it including its bundled accessories. The following items are exempted from returns: personal and healthcare products; and headphones/earphones. Administration and re-stocking fees may very on the issue of the item on hand and may vary in cost. Refunds can be made to the payment medium used in purchasing the item. The customer will be informed via email once the refund is issued. Returns of defective/damanged LCDs on a device can be made provided it meets the following requirements: there are 5 or more dead/bright pixels visible on the device seen in dfferent positions; or 3 or more dead/bright pixels are visible and are 3mm or less apart from each other. Missing items/accessories will be shouldered by the vendor after undergoing an investigation by the courier.
