Caring for the Products
Never dry leather over heat instead allow it to dry naturally. Any scratches should be treated with good shoe polish to retain colour and shade. Occasionally apply a layer of bridled leather wax feed using a soft cotton cloth.
Deliveries
They are pleased to offer free standard UK deliveries on orders over £300. This applies to one address only. UK standard delivery costs £15 and is made within 3 - 5 working days. UK premium delivery is at £20, for named day or next day delivery service. Shipping to Europe costs £20 and is done within 5- 7 days.
Returns
Teales allow return of goods within 7 days of receipt. A proof of purchase will be required when returning the goods. The goods must be in their original form, fully resalable to be eligible for a refund. Original cost of postage and packaging will not be included in the refund. They will not cover the cost of returning goods as well.
