Today, the company offers a wide range of products for treating and relieving feet, legs, and nails. Scholl offers discounts on a wide range of items. Discounts may be subjected to availability and/or season/events.
Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, and add the item to the basket. The quantity of the item will be dictated by the number of clicks made on the "Add to Basket" button. A user will be led to a page indicating the item bought, its quantity, subtotal, grand total, discount percentage, and voucher code box. The buyer will be given an option to continue shopping if theres a need to add more items to the cart. To proceed with the purchase, click on "Checkout Securely." Existing customers can proceed with the process. An alternative option is available for buyers who want to purchase the item as a guest. If the buyer is a guest, steps are needed to follow through on purchasing the item, including filling in the billing address, mode of delivery, and payment preference. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the item is officially purchased.

Delivery
Scholl offers delivery on all their items. Orders are placed in a plain brown box without any branding or description of the content. Scholl only delivers within the UK mainland. Costs and time of delivery are as follows: Standard Delivery (2 to 4 working days; £2.49), Express Delivery (1 to 2 working days; £5.99 (for orders worth £30.00 or above), and Free Delivery (2 to 4 working days; no delivery fee). Orders made before 2pm are subjected to same day delivery. Orders made after 2pm will be shipped on the next working day. No deliveries will be made on weekends and bank holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
Scholl offers a return/exchange policy on all their items. An item can be returned within 30 days after the original date of purchase and can be subject to a full refund. To successfully return the received item, the item should not have been used and must be sent back in the original state in which the item was received. The item must remain in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued directly to the users credit/debit card or PayPal account. Refunds will take an average of 14 working days from the time the product was returned to the store.
