Pout offers high quality, slim cases that are easily customizable, with four colours to choose from. The also offer professional make up including lipstick, lip balm and foundation.
Payment
Pout takes reasonable measures to ensure security of transaction made on their website. One way they do this is by using secure socket layer technology. All credit/debit card transactions on their site are processed using Shopify. Payment can be made by: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB debit and major credit cards.
Insurance and Delivery
Pout insures each purchase during the time it has been in transit until goods are recorded delivered by their logistic partner or courier. They aim to dispatch all order with 24 hours, or 48 hours when they exceptionally busy in which case they will notify their customers of an estimated dispatch date. They ship worldwide and offer free UK shipping for orders over £16. Pout will not be held responsible for additional expenses incurred through customs or taxes as a result of ordering through their website. They reserve the right to charge extra to re-deliver items as a result of the customer giving the wrong shipping address.
Returns
Customers not completely happy with their products can return the unwanted items within 28 days from receipt. Returned items that are unused, unopened and sealed in their original packaging will receive a full refund within 30 days from their approval.
