Shipping
Poler aims to dispatch all orders within one business day, however during their peak season it may take up to 3 days from order date. They ship using DPD courier, which has tracking available for expedited orders. Order above £50 are shipped free, while £2.95 is charged for orders under £50, which are delivered within 1 – 3 working days. Next day deliveries cost £5.95.
Warranty
Poler’s products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defect in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. However, they are unable to offer warranty support for products purchased outside of the UK.
Returns
Poler accepts returns of items that are as-new within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Processing the returns takes up to 5 business days and it can take up to 7 days for it to be reflected in their customers’ accounts.
