Oxford Online Pharmacy is one of few internet-based pharmacies to have passed the latest CQC inspections in all healthcare aspects. Delivery

If the items ordered receive approval, they will be dispatched within the same working day. Orders dispatched after 1pm will be carried out on the next working day. All packages are delivered via Royal Mail in an unlabelled packaging. For standard delivery, overall orders of under £40 will incur an additional £2.95 fee. Standard delivery of items will take around 3 days. Special delivery will incur an additional £5.95 fee. Special delivery times will incur an additional £5.95. If approved before 1pm, orders will be shipped within the same day and due to arrive the following working day. Saturday delivery will incur an additional £10.99 fee. Orders above £40 within the UK are free of charge. NHS prescriptions are subjected to varying delivery options and delivery fees (Standard Delivery (£2.95) Special Delivery (£5.95) or Saturday Delivery (£10.99).
Returns and Exchanges
Items bought can be cancelled anytime. Rights to terminating any purchase will depend on the items bought. Items paid in full will entitle the buyer a partial refund within the 30-day period. Cancelled orders for items within the first 14-day calendar period will entitle the buyer a full refund. Bought prescription items will not entitle the buyer a full refund regardless if its an accidental, faulty, or damaged purchase. Items can be returned by sending it via post or through a local Frosts Pharmacy within the Oxford or Banbury area. Oxford Online Pharmacy should be notified within the 14-day period for the items to be returned. Both items and delivery notes should be included. Returned items weighing over 5kg will entail contacting the customer services team during working hours either by e-mail or telephone number. Refunds will be processed once returned items are received. Full refunds will take around 5 to 7 working days directly to the buyers account.
