Products
Molarclean divides their products into the following categories: Oral B Brush Heads, Philippes Sonicare Brush Heads, and Teeth Whitening. Certain items may require selecting specific options.

Orders
To make a purchase, select the desired item. Select the desired option(s). Click "Add to Cart." The cart will indicate the item added including its quantity, pricing, subtotal, and total amount. A coupion option is available for additional discount. The customer can add more items to the cart by clicking on "Continue Shopping." To proceed to checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout." Fill in the following: Billing Details, Payment Method, and Shipping to Different Address (optional). An email confirmation will be sent once the order has successfully been made.

Molarclean accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress) and PayPal.
Delivery
Molarclean offers delivery on all their items. Free delivery on orders can be made different times of the year. Only UK mainland addresses can receive free delivery on orders. Orders are typically made within 3 working days. Orders made during a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. The customer must report to the vendor if the item that arrived came in damaged. Report should be made 24 hours from the time the item was received. The vendor must be informed via email so a replacement can be made right away. Shortages should be recorded at the time of delivery. The customer is given 72 hours to thoroughly check the order for any incorrect items and to have it reported to the vendor.
Returns and Exchanges
Molarclean offers a return/exchange policy. The customer is given 30 days to have the unwanted item returned. The item to be returned should be in perfect condition and be resold. Brush heads are not eligible for replacement or exchange once theyre opened. Any defects can be returned within the six months from the time the item was received. The vendor must be contacted firsthand before returning or exchanging any item. Refunds are reimbursed at an average of 7 days after the customer cancels the received item.
