Orders
To purchase a dish, simply click on the item, and add it to the basket. An option is available for the buyer to return to the store or to proceed to checkout. The buyer can "mix and match" up to four dishes maximum. At checkout, the item, pricing, quantity, shipping charges, and overall payment is displayed. An e-mail confirmation is sent once the item is officially purchased.
Payment
Mock accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, AmazonPay, ApplePay, and debit/credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express).
Delivery
Mock offers delivery on all their dishes. Orders made before 2pm are subjected for delivery the next business day. Delivery is limited only to the UK. All orders have a minimum purchase requirement of £50. The buyer will shoulder the delivery fee. A restriction of one delivery per household is made per day.
Returns and Exchanges
Mock offers a return/exchange policy on all their dishes. If the buyer is unsatisfied with the dish or has received faulty goods, the buyer has the right to request a replacement or a full refund of the dish. The dish can be disposed of by the buyer once the buyer contacts Mock of the issue. Refunds or replacements can only be made within the 24-hour window from the time the buyer receives the dish.
