The returns have to be in good condition: all seals intact, not worn no labels removed, unsoiled in a saleable condition. For overseas return it’s important that the client covers all the return postage fees. Returns that have been altered or customized will not be accepted.The orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days. Orders that are less than £50 will be delivered at a fee of £4.95.
