Orders

Delivery
JustFashionNow offers delivery on all their items. It should be noted that processing and delivery times may vary for each item. Orders shipped locally via Postal Expedited will take an average of 10 to 17 business days. Local Express Shipping will take an average of 5 to 10 business days. Local Postal Service will take an average of 10 to 20 business days. For international destinations, the following delivery services are avaialable: Postal Service (10 to 20 business days with a US$5.00 fee), Postal Expedited (7 to 12 business days with a $7.00 fee), and Express Shipping (2 to 5 business days with a $12.00 shipping fee). Import taxes will need to be shouldered by the buyer and may vary by country.
Returns and Exchanges
JustFashionNow has returns/exchange policy. Orders bought from the store (except for swimwear and final sale items)are eligible for refunds provided it meets the 15-day window from the time the order was received. The item to be returned must remain unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with original labels intact and attached to the packaging. Customer support should be informed beforehand prior to returning any bought item. Per hygienic reasons, JustFashionNow will not accepts returns for the following items: swimwear, earrings, lingerie, and underwear. The buyer will shoulder shipping fees associated to returning an item. The buyer must log in to the account and fill up a Returns/Exchange request under the "My Orders" section. A full refund/exchange will be made 3 days after the item is received. It will take an average of one week for the full refund to be returned.
