Returns and Exchanges
I Need Pampering has a return policy. For a full refund, the item/voucher must be returned within 7 days of the receipt. Refunds issued after 7 days to 28 days will result to an additional £20 or 20% administration charge. Refunds are made directly either to the buyers credit/debit card or PayPal account. Refunds are processed at the end of the month and will take an average of 5 to 10 working days for the full amount to be paid. In requesting a refund, the buyer must return the voucher to the stipulated address. A letter should be included describing the reason why a refund is requested.
