The main goal of the company is to create functional and visually-appealing products intended for daily use. Products
Baggizmo mainly offers their own signature bags, wallets, wireless chargers, writing pads, and bike hook shackles. All these can found under the SHOP NOW tab. Each product may vary in terms of color/design/wearing position.

Baggizmo offers a fixed price on each of their times. No discounts are available at the moment.
Orders
To make a purchase, click on the desired item, choose the design/color/wearing position, and pick the quantity. Add the item to the cart. When the item is added to the cart, a colored tab at the top page will pop up. The buyer will be given the option to continue browsing to add more items or to proceed to the cart. To proceed, click on "View Cart." The page will showcase the item name, description, unit price, subtotal, shipping preference, and order total. A coupon code box is available for additional discounts. The checkout page indicates the order summary, choice of shipping, and payment preference. A billing form will be required to be filled out. For returning customers, the buyer will be tasked to log in to continue with payment. Click "Place Order" to confirm the purchase. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the order is officially made.

Delivery
Baggizmo offers delivery on all their items. Their items can be shipped to domestic and international destinations. An order sent without shipping fees will typically be sent witin 3 to 7 business days of the received payment. The buyer will be notified by e-mail once the order has been shipped. Delivery times will range anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the destination. It will take an average of 10 days or less for European deliveries. Delivery to Canada/USA will take an averge of 15 days. Baggizmo offers urgent deliveries via DHL Priority Shipping (5 to 10 days) with an additional delivery fee of 19.99 USD. DHL Express Shipping is available( 2 to 5 days) for 27.99 USD. Delivery to a PO box is not allowed. The buyer is solely responsible for any additional freight charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Baggizmo has a return/exchange policy. Any failed deliveries will automatically be returned to Baggizmo. If the order is returned for other reasons, shipping fees for the second delivery will be free of charge. Customer support should be contacted if theres an issue with the order received. If a complaint is done via e-mail, the buyer should describe the issues of the order, the order number, and a picture of the defective item. All orders are covered with a 3-month warranty period. If the buyer is not happy with the order, the unused product should be returned in its original and unbroken packaging within 14 days from the time the receipt was issued. A full refund will be given once the item is successfully sent back. Original freight charges are not covered. The buyer is solely responsible for the incurred shipping fees upon returning the order. The returned order will need to be sent to the indicated address found under the Delivery & Returns section. Once Baggizmo receives the returned product, an inspection is conducted and the full refund will be made within 3 business days.
