Flora Bella is online florist offering bouquets and flower arrangements in the UK. They are currently headquartered in Costwolds. The shop was founded by Clair Harding, who received training at the Covent Floral Academy. Flora Bella specialises in bouquets and arrangement in weddings and other special events that require beautiful flower arrangements. Their flowers are entirely sourced from Holland and England. Flora Bella offers different arrangements and bouquets to customers. Their products are categorised into Weddings, Events, Sympathy, Best Sellers, Weekly Flowers for Business, and Gift Flowers. Each category is further divided into flowers by occasion, design, and price.

Flora Bella offers a fixed price on each of their bouquet and arrangement. Discounts may be subjected to special events and sale.
Orders
To purchase their bouquet/arrangement, simply click on the desired item, choose the appropriate size, and accessories (optional). The buyer will then be brought to the shopping cart to fill up the personalised message box, promo code (if available), delivery/collection date, and agreeing to their service and conditions. An option to "Continue Shopping" is available if the buyer intends to add more items to the cart. An e-mail confirmation is sent once the item is purchased.
Payment
Flora Bella caters only caters to debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Transactions are done on a Rapid SSL platform (in partnership with PayWorld) for a hassle-free and safe purchase.
Delivery
Flora Bella only delivers bouquet/arrangements within the UK. Delivery days are from Mondays to Saturdays (9am to 5pm). If an item is purchased before 1pm, the item is guaranteed for same day delivery. A rush order is available for any user who experiencing a missed deadline on their order.
Returns and Exchanges
Flora Bella currently has no policy on returns and exchanges on bought items. In the event an item needs amending or is cancelled, the buyer must ensure it does not happen 24 hours before the date of arrival. For assistance, users can e-mail or reach them on their main line.
