Orders
To make a purchase, click on the "Shop" tab. Select the bouquet size and the number of flavours (chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry only). A complimentary card for including a personalised message is available (optional). After adding the order to the cart, the next page will require the buyer to fill in the following: billing details, shipping, and order & payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the order is officially purchased.

Delivery
Donut Bouquets offers delivery on all orders. Orders made before 1pm will be subjected for next day delivery (unless a specified date is requested). Weekday delivery times start at 8am. Weekend delivery times start at 11am. Time of delivery will vary. The buyer must be present or should have someone representing the recipient to accept the order. For a hassle-free delivery, the buyer should double check the billing address and may offer additional instructions if needed.
Returns and Exchanges
Donut Bouquets does not offer returns or exchanges on the order made. For cancellations, customer support should be contacted at least one day before (and before 1pm) the date of delivery.
