Colorland offers delivery on all their customised photo products. Local/international shipping times and fees may vary by country. It will take an average of 6 working days for the order to be produced. An additional 3 days is alotted for the item to be dispatched and delivered via courier. Order tracking is available for each dispatched item.
Returns and Exchanges
Colorland has a return policy on all their products. An item can only be returned if the item came in either faulty or damaged. The user must fill up the complaint form prior to sending back the item to Colorland. Photos of the damaged or faulty item must be taken and included with the form. A voucher code can be refunded by initially contacting customer support.
