Returns and Exchanges
Broadway Travel offers a cancellation/exchange policy for any travel/accommodation and/or destination dates. The lead passenger should be responsible for contacting customer support for any ticketing changes regarding the destination and/or accommodation. A request must be submitted via the My Booking System, choosing the cancel orders/passengers option, and picking the relevant option. Cancellation fees and other fees will likely be incurred for any cancellations/exchanges made. A refund will be issued once the cancellation/exchange is successful. A cancellation invoiced will be issued within the 48-hour period.
