Who are BOXT?
Boxt are an online boiler company that provides a service that is unique in the boiler industry. Instead of a salesperson coming round to the house and asking a series of questions regarding the property, this can be done over the phone or online. This can help save the customer £1,379. By browsing the website the customer can view various companies and choose the brand that suits their needs best.
Find
Initially, questions are put to the customer. These will include the type of boiler they currently have, what type of fuel the boiler runs on at the moment and what is the size of property the customer is living in.
Choose
After the questions above have been answered then a BOXT will recommend a group of boiler packages and let the consumer choose one that suits them the best.
Pay
The packages offered start at just £9.95 per month. Customers also have the option of paying the total upfront in advance. The choice is theirs.
Recieve
The BOXT boiler will then be delivered by the delivery man on installation day. This will be between 07:30 and 08:30 am. The customer service department will make sure this is an agreed date and time. On certain occasions, the boiler will need to be delivered a day prior to installation but again this will be sorted out prior.
Installation
The Gas Safe and Certified installer will then arrive to make all the necessary setups. BOXT use professionally and experienced staff.
