Bakedin offers the following UK mainland delivery options (excluding Scottish Highlands): Free Delivery (orders that are worth £50 or higher and those from the Baking Club), Express Shipping (with £6.99 delivery fee), and Standard Delivery (with a fee of £2.99 for orders under £50). Standard and free delivery will take 3-5 working days from the day of purchase. Orders before 2pm on weekedays are subjected for delivery on the next working day for Express Shipping. Orders made during weekends are subjected to delivery on Tuesday on the following week. Delivery are sent by Parcelforce or UK Mail complete with tracking. If an order contains both the Baking Club Subscription and Bake Shop items, items that are available with will be dispatched immediately with a standard delivery fee.
Returns and Exchanges
Bakedin has a 100% money guarantee for buyers who are not satisfied with the item they receive. In instances where a buyery is not happy with the purchase, customer support can be contacted via e-mail (team@bakedin.co.uk) within 7 days from the day the item is received. The returned item must be sent back unopened, in original condition, with documentation, and receipt. A full refund will be made once the item is received. Shipping cost for the item to be returned will be shouldered by the buyer. Delivery charges can only be refunded in full if the received item came in damaged or faulty.
