Orders

To make a purchase, select the desired item. Choose the preferred option(s). Select quantity. Click "Add to Basket." The basket will display the added item including its pricing, quantity, delivery fee, promotion fee, subtotal, and total amount. A promotional code box is available for additional discount. To add more items to the basket, click "Continue Shopping." To proceed to checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout." Fill in the following: Your Details, Billing Address, Delivery Details, Delivery Options, and Contact Options. To pay using PayPal, click "Checkout with PayPal." Delivery

Allergy Best Buys offers delivery on all their items. The following delivery charges apply: UK Standard Delivery (£4.95, 5 working days), Express Delivery (£9.95, next day delivery for midday orders, Friday orders to be delivered Monday, Saturday-Sunday orders to be delivered by Tuesday), Free Delivery (for orders £100 or above or a £4.95 discount off Express Delivery), abd Channel Islands delivery (£20.00, 4-day delivery)

Returns and Exchanges

Allergy Best Buys offers a return/exchange policy. All items come with a 1-year guarantee against defects or workmanship. Any defects found within the 1-year period will result to the customer receiving a replacement or repair free of charge. Return postage will also be paid for. If the item is not found to be what the customer required, the vendor will need to be informed via email/post within the 14-day period from the time the order was receied. The vendor is will willing to wait for the item to be returned for as long as 28 days. The returned item should remain unused, kept in its original packaging, and capable of being resold. The customer will need to shoulder return postage and will require obtaining it from the post office. The item to be returned should be returned to the address as indicated in the Terms and Conditions section. Returns/exchange/refunds are applicable to items deemed applicable. The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: masks, bedding, towels, DermaSilk garments, creams, lotions, shampoos and other personal care items.
