Orders made after 11:00 a.m. GMT+1 are dispatched on the next business day. Orders made on Friday to Sunday after 11:00 a.m. GMT+1 are dispatched on Monday. Delivery times will depend on transit time and shipping delays. All items are delivered free of charge and handled by the DHL network. Tracking is provided for each item via e-mail. AdrianaOnline delivers their products on selected countries.
Returns and Exchanges
AdrianaOnline offers a return policy. The buyer will need to fill out a Return Form if an item is deemed worthy of returning. Returns can only be made within the 15-day delivery period from the due delivery date. An item that is eligible for return should meet specific criteria. The item to be returned should be in its original packaging and well-packaged to avoid damages during shipping. The buyer will shoulder shipping expenses and customs cost for the item to be returned. Refunds will be issued within 5 days once the item is returned to the AdrianaOnline warehouse. Currency exchange rate risks will be faced if the buyer happens to not possess an EUR account.
