He fights day and night for better customer service by telephoning well known stores to give them a real run for their money, and in this, the first episode of his legendary exploits, our brave super hero takes on Currys, Waitrose and Dunelm in order to put their customer service thoroughly to the test.
Amongst his many super powers are the ability to drive sales assistants up the wall, an uncanny knack for imitating well known people and the finely tuned skill of basically being totally annoying.
